Omg!! The Caesar salad with grilled prawns is absolutely amazing! Another must try is the seafood Spaghetti It definitely does not disappoint. The atmosphere is amazing the staff can generally pair the perfect wine with your meal. Overall this is a very cute place for dinner. With many many options both gluten-free and not. Pizzas and pastas and salads glore this is a must see that is sure to never disappoint.

A wonderful first meal on our fist night in Pacifica. We were greeted at the door by the owner and he made us feel immediately welcome. My seafood spaghetti was to die for and the Chocolate mousse was like heaven.

Very friendly family environment. Best place to enjoy an authentic Italian meal or sit at the bar and watch a game. The owner, Vinnie, is truly a great guy and makes you feel at home. I most especially enjoy celebrating my birthday dinners at Paisanos (as you could see in the attached picture). Thank you, Vinnie, for always making me and my family feel welcomed.

This place is "the bomb!!!" Their pizza is the best in Pacifica! I've tried three other pizza delivery places in Pacifica, but they couldn't hold a candle to Paisanos!!! One of the other three even burned (as in black charcoal) the crust! I also tried a number of their other dishes dining in and have never been disappointed! After my experience with the other pizzerias, I don't bother calling anywhere else for pizza delivery! ****** Very sad news! Apparently they had a fire and are closed for business! I truly hope they can and will reopen soon!!! If not, I don't know where to go for pizza! I refuse to order mediocre pizza from anywhere else! ****** Update: Happy news!!! I spoke to a contractor who confirmed Paisanos is in the process of reopening!!! I can't wait!!!

We showed up close to closing time and they were gracious enough to wait on us without hesitation. On top of the hospitality, the food was AMAZING. I had the caprese and eggplant Parmesan, hubby had onion & pesto pizza, kids had pizza and spaghetti w/ meatballs. Everything was delicious and we were very happy with our service.

Amazing italian dishes from the locals. From pizza to pasta and desserts are delicious. There’s a live jazz musician too for those that wanna take their time to enjoy the night a little longer.

For many think I am such a hopaholic. The same can be said for Paisanos. Pacifica benefited from the large heart of the business who referenced the lives coming before Paisanos. And those same shoulders they stood that built this restaurant's location and gave back to the community. Losing Paisanos was a shock. Enduring the loss is a sadness. Yet I still hope for a future with Paisanos returning to be a part of social life in Pacifica. And so that I may enjoy another delicious slice of Paisanos Pizza during a Bluff top sunset. And my past review ... Tonight's Paisano's Pepperoni Slices to go were perfect. Fresh. Just barely crisped. And awesome flavored as always. If you want pizza slices for your summer sunset walk to the beach in Pacifica then Paisano's is a great to-go! Paisano's also addressed my previous issue with attention and a professional, yet emotionally warm nature. Paisano's cares about their food and community relations. It shows! Give Paisano's a try. I will be back in the future myself.
